Council has been informed of misinformation floating around Town. A letter from the Pocahontas PSD was sent to the residents of Durbin. This letter does not pertain to your town sewage rates. Upon completion of the sewer project the rate increase will be $3.99 only. There is no charge to any household  for reconnection to the new lines.
